By using ACRES, you agree to use it as a demonstration product and to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

You may explore services, search synthetic land records, prepare demonstration forms and follow simulated application journeys. Check information with the relevant public authority before acting on a real land matter.

ACRES does not connect to government land-record systems, treasury systems, identity systems or payment gateways. A reference number, receipt, certificate, status update or document created here is part of the demonstration only and has no official effect.

ACRES cannot create, transfer, confirm or remove ownership. It cannot reserve an appointment, pay a fee, register a deed, mutate a record or bind any public authority.

Every parcel, owner, applicant, boundary, document and application shown in ACRES is fictional or generated for the prototype. Do not enter a real Aadhaar number, PAN, bank detail, password, deed or confidential land document.

Any resemblance between demonstration data and a real person, property or transaction is accidental. Demonstration data may be reset, changed or removed without notice.

ACRES explains land-service concepts and possible process steps in plain language. These explanations are general information, not legal, financial or professional advice. Requirements can differ by place, property type, transaction and individual circumstances.

Fees, timelines and eligibility shown without a verified source are illustrative. Do not rely on them for a real transaction or deadline.

AI may help understand a description, suggest a service, draft text or explain an outcome. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and you should review it before using it.

AI does not decide eligibility, approve an application, authorise a transfer or make an official determination. In the ACRES model, stated rules perform checks and a named human officer remains responsible for any official decision.

You agree not to:

• use ACRES to misrepresent a synthetic output as official;
• upload real identity, financial or confidential land data;
• attempt to access another person's account or workspace;
• disrupt, probe or bypass the product's security controls;
• use ACRES to deceive, defraud, harass or harm another person; or
• use automated access in a way that degrades the service.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the prototype, its users or the integrity of the demonstration.

Sign-in and identity checks in this prototype are simulated. Keep access to your browser session private and do not treat the demonstration account as a secure store for important information.

Features may be changed, suspended or removed while the prototype is developed. We do not promise that a service, state workflow or saved item will always remain available.

ACRES and its original software, interface, writing and visual assets belong to their respective owners. Third-party names, terminology and open-source components remain the property of their respective owners and may have separate licence terms.

These terms do not grant permission to copy ACRES branding or imply that another product is endorsed by ACRES or any government body.

ACRES is provided as a prototype on an “as available” basis. We aim to make it useful and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, complete coverage or error-free output.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACRES and its contributors are not responsible for loss caused by relying on prototype output, using it as an official record, or entering information that these terms ask you not to provide. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as ACRES changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes should be explained clearly on this page rather than hidden in legal wording.
